Therapy on the Farm

Talking is only one way to do therapy, and for plenty of people it is the hardest one. On the Farm and in Nature there's another route in. Animals, weather, mud and the simple rhythm of being outside.

I work across a number of farm sites and natural environments in the Cotswolds with clients of any age. Sessions happen alongside animals and on the land, at whatever pace feels manageable that day.

It is especially helpful for neurodiverse and anxious clients for whom a room and direct questions can feel like too much. Here, the session has it's own momentum. Something to carry, something to watch, somewhere to look that isn't me.
