Industry Offerings

With over 25 years experience working in the Industry on both sides I understand the challenges and resilience needed to cope with the pressures of choosing this path. I am here to offer support to Actors and Industry Professionals. Having stepped away from Agenting I want to step into more deeply supporting individuals and groups who are navigating and feeling the effects of this dizzying ride.

WORKSHOPS

How to manage to highs and lows and unpredictable turns. Having a solid sense of self in the eye of the constant dance between hope and uncertainty, and knowing who you are in order to bring your authentic self to the craft.

WORKING WITH TEAMS

Whether you are an Agency, a Production Company, Cast or any other Team - I offer Mediation, Wellness/Rebalance and Groupwork to Re-energise and Regroup. Creatives can be complicated and often need to calm the chaos!

ONE TO ONE

I work with clients offering one to one Psychotherapy. Perhaps you are trying to find the magic again when it seems to be only madness, or the life of extremes is taking it's toll. Or perhaps you have been hurt by the industry and the people in it. Whatever you are going through, working one to one work we can delve deeper and together find away through.

TRAUMA WORK

While this Industry can be exhilarating and exciting it can come with a dark and dangerous side too. People are often objectified, used and abused. Competition can lead to bullying and being in the public eye can open yourself up to critique that goes beyond reasonable opinion. Harassment and stalking are common. Whatever trauma you may have suffered, within or out of the industry, it is important to find a safe space to work through the pain.

NEURODIVERSITY SPECIALIST SUPPORT

Many Creatives are Neurodivergent, which brings a wealth of strengths along with certain challenges. It's beneficial to increase your awareness of how to leverage your unique brain structure for your advantage!

ON SET THERAPIST

Film Set Scene

Whether on a Film Set or at the Theatre, it is great to have an on hand Therapist to help safeguard the emotional well-being of the cast and crew. This is always a good practice, but particularly during intense or sensitive productions.
