Experience

Special Areas of Interest

My work as a therapist is shaped by years of supporting individuals and families across some of the least-privileged and most-privileged communities in the UK. From young offenders, school refusers and children who have been excluded, to families within social care and families in the independent/public school sector — I have walked alongside people from all backgrounds, experiences and cultures. This breadth of work continues to inform my holistic, grounded and compassionate approach.

I now support clients both online across the world and in person, offering a therapeutic space that is sensitive to cultural differences, identity, and individual needs.

Neurodiversity

I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, including those with Autism, ADHD and sensory processing differences. My approach is affirming, strengths-based and tailored to each person, recognising the unique ways individuals experience and process the world.

Trauma & Abuse

I work gently and safely with people who have experienced trauma, abuse or long-term stress. Gestalt therapy allows us to explore what is happening in the present moment while honouring the impact of the past. We move at your pace, focusing on grounding, choice and restoring a sense of self.

Education Difficulties

Whether you or your child is struggling within the education system — school refusal, exclusion, pressure, anxiety or feeling misunderstood — I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore what’s really going on. My background working closely with schools, social care and youth services enables me to understand the challenges from multiple perspectives.

Spirituality & Meaning

For those who wish to, I welcome spirituality, intuition, nature and deeper meaning into our work. Many people feel disconnected or unsure of their spiritual identity; others feel drawn to explore life in a more holistic or embodied way. Our sessions can hold this gently and without judgement.

Confidence & Self-Esteem

Low confidence can affect every part of life — relationships, work, school, identity and wellbeing. Together we explore patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be holding you back, while building awareness, resilience and a more grounded sense of self.

Self-Harm

I offer a calm, compassionate space for teens and adults who use self-harm as a coping strategy. We work to gently understand the emotions and experiences beneath the behaviour, building safer tools and a stronger internal sense of support.

Eating Disorders & Emotional Eating

I support individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating or difficult relationships with food and body image. My approach is relational, trauma-informed and attuned, focusing on curiosity rather than judgement and helping you rebuild trust in your body and your needs.
