About Me

My therapeutic work began in Youth and Community services, supporting young people and families from all walks of life who were facing challenges or transitions. I went on to work as a Mental Health Practitioner and as a carer for children with emotional and behavioural needs. These experiences shaped my deep respect for people’s stories and my sense of privilege in being invited to walk alongside them.

I have trained in CBT and Person-Centred Counselling, though the heart of my work is Gestalt Psychotherapy. This approach allows me to work holistically—creatively, relationally, with the body, outdoors in nature, or through talking therapy—depending on what each person needs.

Alongside my private practice, I also deliver training and facilitate therapeutic groups nationwide.

I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, trained at the Metanoia Institute.

My Approach

Every therapeutic journey is unique. I tailor sessions to each individual, drawing from a range of therapeutic models, with the following core values guiding my work:

  • Person-centred awareness

  • Respect

  • Emphasis on lived experience

  • Creative experiment and discovery

  • Social responsibility

  • Authentic relationship

Ways We Can Explore Together

  • Dreamwork

  • Body awareness

  • Creative experiments

  • Authentic dialogue and relational exploration

  • Aromatherapy
